How to Return

  1. Email us at support@velorya.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with your return instructions
  3. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Conditions

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Item must be unused or faulty — we cannot accept used items for hygiene reasons
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty

Damaged or Faulty Items If your trimmer arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, we'll send you a free replacement immediately — no need to return the original. Just send us a photo and we'll sort it straight away.
